Buy cash on delivery or by card?
We offer cash on delivery and card payments as payment methods:
- Because we want to offer a secure service on your first purchase with us.
- Because you can verify that your package arrives in good condition, and if not, you can simply reject it.
When will I receive my order? In the morning or in the afternoon?
At A-jblmarketluxury we can schedule delivery in the morning or afternoon.
But we want you to keep in mind that it does NOT depend on us, it depends on the delivery company and the routes that their delivery people have, that is, depending on the delivery people's route, your order is delivered in the morning or in the afternoon.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
Delivery is between 1 and 2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery offers two delivery attempts. If the second attempt fails, you have 7 days to collect it at the MRW branch. If you do not collect the package at the branch, it will be returned to the original warehouse, and you will lose the unique opportunity to take advantage of the offer.
What happens if my order comes incomplete/broken or is not what I ordered?
- At ajblmarketluxury we work hard in our warehouses to ensure this doesn't happen . (It doesn't happen often.)
- In case this happens to you, we recommend DO NOT THROW AWAY or destroy the shipping paper that comes with the package (BOX). This is important so our system can recognize which order is affected.
- All you need to do is contact Ajblmarketluxury Support.
- Attach 3 images: 1st photo of the white label (important for the system) 2nd photo of the package as it arrived and 3rd of everything that arrived inside your order.
